LNS SPORTS PRACTICE STARTS 11/17/2025:

- Girls MS/HS Basketball practices are 3-5 after school each weekday.

- Boys HS Basketball practice from 5-7pm after school each weekday.

(*unless it's a game day - practice times are subject to change)

The Co-curricular policy and physical forms students and parents must sign to be eligible to participate in sports at LNS.

Parents can call the clinic at 360-312-2467 to schedule a physical appointment
